Ernyka Holding is hiring experienced and enthusiastic HR Generalist for "Bit-Rah" venture.Main responsibilities:Assisting in talent acquisition and recruitment processesConducting employee onboarding and help plan training & developmentPromote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplaceAssist in development and implementation of human resource policiesGather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover ratesImplements new hire orientation and employee recognition programsConducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verificationsAdminister compensation and benefit plans.Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying for new perks and benefits, and organizing team-building activities.
